Ridge To Valley Quality Construction Ltd. specializes in all aspects of custom built homes and construction, taking care of your entire project from start to finish. Founded by Matteo Abel, a professional construction worker with over 20 years experience, Ridge To Valley officially became established in 2004. Over the last 10 years we have grown to become a successful building and construction company providing professional quality builds in West Vancouver, the North Shore, Squamish and Whistler.

We pride ourselves on our outstanding results and problem solving abilities, and have had the pleasure of working with a long list of happy customers who are continuously recommending our work for our high standards and quality of service.

Founder – Matteo Abel

Matteo Abel, our founder, has a passion for building. Back in 1990, during the big construction boom in Whistler, B.C., is when Matteo started out as a carpenter.

Whilst working for a selection of the main local contractors, Matteo managed to gain valuable experience in foundations, framing and other building related skills. He was privileged enough to work on a wide variety of projects, from custom homes to multi-story hotels and spent a couple of years on Salt Spring island where he built his first home.

After building his second home in Whistler, Matteo spent the next seven years in a lead position for a high-end local building company. This role taught him the importance of attention to detail in every building project, which became his driving force to create the Ridge To Valley Quality Construction.

Outside of work, Matteo enjoys spending time with friends and family, and always appreciates being outdoors. He is an avid mountain biker and loves participating in local races. He also enjoys kiteboarding and skiing.
